Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from receiving your order.
- Notify 4 Paws Avenue customer care at info@4pawsavenue.com about the exchange or return.
- Take your return to your nearest Swiss Post office and send your purchase back to us. The postage cost for the refund items is borne by the sender.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The assessment of the returned items’ condition, and respectively the acceptance of the return, remains at Paws Avenue’s sole discretion. Damaged or used products cannot be returned.
The following products can’t be returned:
- Personalised and customised products
- Made-to-measure products.
- Perishable goods such as food, treats, beauty and grooming products.
- Gift cards.
- Any products with missing accessories.
- If the original packaging is not present.
- Sale or discounted-price items.
No return will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer. Returns that do not meet 4 Paws Avenue policy will be sent back to you.
4 Paws Avenue will refund acceptably returned products within 3-5 working days from the date we receive goods in our headquarters. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If your order was sent to the EU, you will receive a refund of all applicable taxes and duties when returning your purchase. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty.
