Easy, fast and scheduled deliveries for your dogs. After your first Autoship discount, you will have free delivery on your Autoship orders.
How will I know my Auto Ship is on its way?
We’ll send you a reminder email 3 days before your next scheduled order. You can change your order before it starts processing. We’ll send you another email when your order ships.
How can I add or remove items in my Auto Ship?
To add items: go to the product page of the item you'd like to add and click the "Add to Autoship". To remove items: go to your personal account and click “Edit Autoship”.
How can I return items?
Products purchased from 4PawsAvenue.com can only be returned by mail. Return period is 14 calendar days. The days are applied from the date of shipment.
No right to return:
Please note that personalized and customized products, made to measure, perishable goods such as food and treats, grooming products, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Provided that the product can be returned and is in intact condition, 4 Paws Avenue will refund returned products within 3-5 days from the date of receipt of returned goods to the 4 Paws Avenue.

How do I make a purchase?
To place an order, make sure you are logged in to your 4 Paws Avenue account or create a new account.
Next, search for the items you would like to order. To add the product to your cart, click on the orange button that says “Add to Cart.”
After you add something to your cart, you can keep shopping or check out. To check out, click on the button that says “Checkout.”
On the checkout page, add or select your shipping address. Before you place your order, review the items in your cart. Any discounts or promotions will be reflected in your Order Total. When you’re ready, click the button that says “Place Order.” We’ll send you an email confirming your order.
What happens if my package gets lost?
All items purchased from 4pawsavenue.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Customers can place orders on 4pawsavenue.com, which currently ships to Switzerland and European Union.
Who will be delivering my order?
We ship via PostOffice and other trusted carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
How much is shipping?
Orders over 150 CHF ship free! All other orders ship for a rate indicated at check out.
How long does delivery take?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during sale. Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.
